3. Commissioned works are for personal use only unless commercial use is requested and approved beforehand. I retain all rights to any artwork not approved for commercial use.
4. I retain all rights to my artwork. Works may not be used for tracing, NFT creation, or other reproduction without my written permission. Any modifications must be approved in advance.
5. You may post commissioned artwork publicly only with proper credit.
6. Refunds are not available once work has progressed past the sketching phase. If a commission is canceled during sketching, 50% of payment will be refunded.
7. Last-minute cancellations after any progress has been made are non-refundable.
8. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Requirements
1. Clients must be 18 years or older.
2. Provide a clear description of your request, including suggested poses, scenery, color palettes, or medium preferences.
3. Art or photo references are typically required to ensure accurate and satisfactory results.
Process
1. Up to three revisions are included per piece. Additional revisions are $50 each; please provide detailed feedback to avoid extra charges.
2. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The initial draft sketch will only start after this payment is received.
3. The remaining 50% is due once the draft is approved, prior to the completion of the full-color rendered artwork and final touches.
4. The final artwork will be emailed upon completion. Please notify me of any issues with the files immediately.
5. Commissions may take up to 6 months to complete, though most are finished within 1–4 weeks. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
6. Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file or mailed as a physical piece. Please provide accurate email and mailing information.
7. Physical artwork is not wall- or gallery-ready unless additional matting, framing, or hardware services are requested. Additional shipping costs apply if these services are added.
