Gift Bags

Yay! We are so excited to personalize a gift bag for you to use for that special occasion you have in mind. Please see the order process below and fill out the form at the bottom of the page, & we will work to respond to your request as quickly & efficiently as possible. 

Ordering Your Bag!

1). Since you are requesting a personalized gift bag, please know that this type of request is a form of commission. Therefore, certain images you may be requesting to have replicated on our bags may be denied due to copyright reasons. We will do our best to accommodate as best as possible. 

2). Fill in your information below with your contact number and email address. In the comments section, please be as specific as possible as to what you would like painted on the bag (including any names you may want written on the bag(s) as well). 

3). Watch your inbox for an email from me verifying your information and asking additional questions to make sure that I design a draft for your personalized bag according to your wishes. 

4). An invoice will be sent after I have verified your information via email and received the specifics of your request. Once the invoice has been sent, this means that a rough draft of your bag design is in progress. You can expect an email with a draft design sometime between 1-4 weeks after you have received the invoice. The invoice must be paid in full before your initial draft can be transferred onto the gift bag. If the invoice is not paid in full, your design will not be sketched/transferred or painted onto the gift bag. Therefore, your order will not be completed (regardless of the timeframe provided) unless the order has been paid in full. 

5). Please know that only up to 3 revisions are allowed towards your bag. Any more would be an additional $50 charge/revision, so please let me know what the issues are in great detail. 

6). If I am already past the sketching phase of the process, refunds are not allowed. If you wish to cancel your request during the sketching process, I will only refund 50% of what you have paid. 

7). Please know that last minute cancellations once any form of progress has been provided will not be refunded. 

Receipts will be sent to the email address provided in the contact form below. Receipts will only be issued once the invoices are paid for the project. We will NEVER issue a receipt if the project invoice has not been paid. Please remember that all projects will need to be paid in full before the transfer of your requested draft designs onto the gift bag(s). This helps limit the number of bags discarded should you choose to not follow through with paying for the services used to create your bag.
